James Fantasia, Dip T, MBA, brings more than 36 years of executive leadership across elite sport and business. He is the former CEO of the Norwood Football Club and has held senior leadership roles across the AFL and SANFL.

His background includes leading high-performance teams, driving strategic growth and overseeing multi-million-dollar redevelopment programs, while building trusted relationships across government, corporate and community sectors.

Jonathan Whalley is a successful entrepreneur, project manager and engineer with two engineering degrees, BSc Hons and MSc, as well as an MBA. Before moving into the Australian start-up sector, he worked as a signal processing research engineer at a leading UK research centre.

He also held technical leadership roles in the development of ground segment components for the European Space Agency's first remote sensing satellite, ERS-1.

Jonathan has worked in Australia as an entrepreneur and engineer for almost 30 years. He founded DSpace Pty Ltd in 1995, led its organic growth, completed a multi-million-dollar venture capital raise, and ultimately oversaw its sale to a NASDAQ-listed company in 2007.

Rod Buchecker is one of Australia's most experienced business strategists, with more than 30 years in business, strategic brand management and advisory roles.

His career began in marketing communications with multinational agencies including USP Needham, Young and Rubicam, and Clemenger BBDO, before evolving into a portfolio career spanning strategy, mentoring, speaking and board leadership across Australia and international markets.
