What is website as a service?
Instead of paying for your website upfront, you pay a monthly fee that covers the design, build and hosting. ExIQ Web plans start at A$195 a month plus GST, with nothing upfront. Plans run for 12 months and renew unless you cancel.
What is included in the monthly price?
The website itself (designed for your business, not a template), hosting on our managed platform, security updates, backups and monitoring. Larger plans include more pages, booking, a blog and an AI chat assistant, the same as the matching upfront package.
Do I own my website?
Yes, your website and your content are yours. We tightly integrate each site with our hosting infrastructure for maximum performance, which means it often can’t be copied directly to another hosting provider without some rework.
Is it cheaper than paying upfront?
No, and we say so on purpose. Twelve monthly payments come to about 5% more than the upfront price plus a year of hosting. You are paying a little extra to keep cash in the business and spread the cost.
What happens after 12 months?
Monthly plans run for 12 months and renew for another 12 months unless you cancel. If you leave during a term, the remaining months of that term are payable.
Can I add SEO or changes each month?
Yes. Add a care plan from A$99 a month for regular changes, or an SEO, GEO and AIO plan from A$490 a month for ongoing search work.
